A back pressure regulator or excess pressure valve is used to regulate a upstream pressure or discharge an excess pressure in the facility.

An excess pressure valve can not replace a safety valve.

Excess Pressure Valve S1

The S1 model is self-operated bellows sealed pressure excess valve.

Materials : Trim material stainless steel AISI 304 ; body material in nodular Iron, Carbon steel or Stainless steel.

Excess pressure valve S2

S2 model is a self-operated fully balanced excess pressure relief valve. It’s used to maintain the pressure upstream of the valve to an adjusted set point.

This excess pressure valve can not replace a safety valve. When upstream pressure rises above a set point, the valve opens proportionally pressure rising.

Application

This model of regulator is suitable for steam, compressed air, no hazardous gases and liquids.

Regulation range :

20 mbar to 8 barg. with different actuators.

Diameters : DN15 to DN100

Flanges :
DIN PN16 – PN25 – PN40
ANSI 150 – 300

Materials : Trim Stainless steel AISI 304, body in ductile iron, carbon steel or stainless steel 1.4408.
