  • Pressure regulator for steam – Flanged – M1

    The M1 model is self-operated bellows sealed pressure regulator valve. This series of regulators is suitable for steam, compressed air, non-hazardous gases and liquids.

    This pressure regulator does not require any auxiliary energy.

    Application :steam, compressed

    Regulation range : 100 mbar to 16 bar eff.

    • 100 mbarg to 1,5 barg.
    • 1 to 3 barg.
    • 2 to 5 barg.
    • 4 to 8 barg.

    • A control line kit for pressure tapping directly at the body is available on request (optionally with or without condensation tank) for set points > 1 bar.
    • Condensation tank (pot) is available and necessary for steam or fluid upper to 125 ºC, to protect the diaphragm against excessive temperature.

  • Liquid flame arrester

    The liquid flame arrester or liquid product seal, is an detonation-proof and flameproof armature.

    It used for installation in filling pipes outside from tanks in which inflammable liquids are stored.

    Tested and approved as detonation flame arrester type 4.
    Approved for all materials of the explosion group IIB3 with MESG ≥ 0.65 mm. The body of the housing has to be permanently filled with the storage liquid up to the height of the connecting flanges.

    Dimensions : DN25 to DN200 (1″ to 8″)

  • Biogaz breather valve – TT

    Le biogaz est un gaz issu de la fermentation de matières organiques sans présence d’oxygène (H2S, CO2 et méthane). Les digesteurs des stations d’épuration et les usines de méthanisation transforment le biogaz en énergie. Les installations de production de biogaz doivent être protégées avec du matériel spécifique.

    La soupape de respiration Biogaz – TT est dédiée aux digesteurs avec une couverture souple par membrane. Les consignes en pression et dépression sont réglées séparément grâce à des coupelles lestées, immergées dans l’eau. Les flux de gaz et l’installation en paroi du digesteur assurent une chaleur suffisante pour la protéger du gel. Son capot de protection l’isole de la condensation et des eaux de ruissellement.

    Two stage decompression units EN20 and EN50 series have their application in food, oenological and chemical field and industry.

    The main use is for the separation of the stored product from the atmospheric air. That avoid the oxidation of the product and, in case of polluting materials, the atmospheric dispersion due to evaporation or during the charging operations.
