  • Outlet flanged relief valve H810

    Le modèle H810 est une soupape de décharge (déverseur) canalisée qui peut être utilisée sur les réseaux d‘eau potable.

    Application
    La soupape de décharge H810 est en général placée à l’aval immédiat des pompes sur une dérivation. Elle sert à éviter le “barbotage” des pompes à débit nul, lorsque la vanne ou l’appareil en aval est fermé totalement.
    Sa fonction n’est pas de remplacer une soupape de sécurité.

    Plage de réglage :
    1 à 25 bar eff. avec différents ressorts

    Diamètres : DN50 à DN150
    (autres diamètres, nous consulter)

    Brides :
    Bride d’entrée suivant norme 29203 : PN16 ou PN25
    Bride de sortie : PN10

  • Mechanical Explosion Isolation VEX

    Le clapet d’isolation d’explosion VEX empêche mécaniquement la propagation de l’explosion lors de la déflagration, assurant ainsi la protection des équipements de l’installation.

    Principe

    Pendant le fonctionnement de l’installation, le flux traverse le clapet et le maintient ouvert. À l’arrêt, en absence de flux, le clapet se ferme par gravité.

    En cas d’explosion, l’expansion du gaz provoque la fermeture du clapet. L’isolement engendré protège alors le reste des équipements.

  • Changeover Valve – Model 5400

    Changeover valves are a switchover valve, switching flow from one pipeline to another. They are sometimes referred to as “selector” valves. Changeover valves are well suited to applications where mandatory pressure relief devices (bursting discs and relief valves) are installed as dual devices.

  • Flameless explosion venting FC

    The flameless explosion venting FC associated with explosion panels extinguished the flame and relief the explosion overpressure to protect equipment and people around.Principle
    Since it is not always possible to orient the explosion vent to a safe area, you must install elements capable of suppressing the flame during the breaking of the vent panel. This is the role of flameless venting.

    This device replaces the vent pipe. During an explosion in a chamber equipped with a flameless venting, the explosion panel incorporated into the protection system is broken.

    The explosion is then distributed on the surface consisting of specifically designed mesh to hold incandescent particles and flame, to effectively cool the combustion gas and to substantially reduce the effects of the expansion wave.
