    Applications :

    • Disc for liquids, gas and vapors
    • Operating ratio: 80% of the bursting pressure at 20°C
    • Lowest burst pressure can be realized (+25 mbar eff.)

    Construction in accordance with directive 97/23/CE:

    • Between 2 laser-cut metal foils lies a PTFE sealing membrane
    • on fragmenting disc
    • Vacuum resistant
    • -80°C to +150°C because of PTFE sealing
    • DN15 à DN1200
    • Bursting tolerances: +/- 5% and +/- 15%

    Materials : Stainless steel 316, Nickel, Hastelloy®, Inconel

    Alternatives:

    • With detection plate
    • Bi-directional: bursting either in pressure or vacuum
    • PTFE lined on process side

    Recommanded for :

    • Alternative or high operating pressures
    • Alternative or high operating temperatures (-196°C / +550°C)
    • Total sealing

  • Mounting in a clamp holder BHS

    Nouveau support de disque d’éclatement :

    Une variété de combinaisons pour une facilité d’utilisation

    Avec le support de disque d’éclatement BHS, nous élargissons à nouveau notre gamme d’accessoires pour disques de rupture, offrant à nos clients une gamme plus étendue d’options.
    Le support de disque BHS permet une grande polyvalence au niveau du type de raccordement (clamp, ISO K, ISO KF, raccord laitier ou rapide), mais également avec les différents types de disque d’éclatement que l’on propose. Cette monture peut accueillir aussi bien les disques d’éclatement plats simples, bombés ou dômés ainsi que les disques reverses.
    Les connexions directes, sur le type raccordement de votre d’installation, réduit le temps de montage et donc le coût nécessaire pour les réparations.
    Un autre avantage est que le support BHS n’est pas endommagé lorsque l’éclatement du disque est déclenché et peut donc être réutilisé, vous économisant de l’argent.

    Ce type de monture a été développé pour l’industrie pharmaceutique et alimentaire.

    Les avantages en un coup d’oeil:

    • peut être combiné avec différents types de raccordements et disques de rupture
    • très résistant à la corrosion et aux acides
    • très bonne rugosité moyenne
    • rentabilité: le BHS peut être réutilisé lorsque le disque d’éclatement est déclenché
