Restriction Orifice & Primary Elements
Les plaques à orifices – diaphragmes, orifices de restriction – sont utilisées dans le but de réduire la pression à l’intérieur de la conduite ou bien de limiter le débit à une valeur prédéfinie, indépendamment de la pression en aval.
Pour les applications à forte chute de pression, ou en cas de niveaux de bruit maximum autorisé, plusieurs plaques à différents diamètres d’alésage, ou des plaques multi-trous sont disposées en série pour atteindre les chutes de pression nécessaires.

En fonction du fluide et de l’utilisation souhaitée, la plaque à orifice adaptée peut être : à arête vive, à entrée conique, à orifice excentré, à orifice segmenté.

Porte-Orifice à Bride :
Les orifices de restriction peuvent être aussi être fournis avec des brides : porte-orifices à bride, destinées à être utilisées à la place des brides standards.
Des prises de pression sont alors incorporées aux porte-orifices ce qui rend inutile les prises de pression séparées sur la tuyauterie. Ces prises de pression sont possible suivant plusieurs configurations : sur brides, en angle, à distance…

Porte-Orifice à Bride Section Calibrée :
Les sections droites de tuyau de chaque côté de la plaque à orifice sont définies conformément à la norme DIN19205.
- Adapté aux diamètres < DN50 (2″)
- Meilleure précision de mesure

Monoblock Combination Air Valve – 9400
Combination Air Valve for Wastewater (trifunction) type 9400 compact is specially designed for clean water.
It automatically performs the following three functions:
- Evacuation of large quantities of air during the filling. The kinetic air/vacuum valves are specially designed so that the flow of air in evacuations reaches high velocity ( speed of sound) without the Buoy ascending for the effect of the current and stopping any premature closings until the evacuation is complete.
- Purge of air during operation
- Admission of large quantities of air during the emptying and draining.

Bifunctionnal Air-Vacuum Valve – 9300
The Bifunctional Air Vacuum Valve type 9300 is a automatic bi-functional valve for clean water and full bore with only one body being the entry and the exit equal to the DN specifications.
The valve should perform the following functions.
- Evacuation of large quantities of air during the filling.The kinetic air/vacuum valves are specially designed so that the flow of air in evacuations reaches high velocity ( speed of sound) without the Buoy ascending for the effect of the current and stopping any premature closings until the evacuation is complete.
- Admission of large quantities of air during the emptying and draining.

Aseptic weight loaded vacuum valve – 12504
Model 12504 is a weight-loaded vacuum valve, suitable for beverage, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Due to their high throughput rate, these vacuum valves are capable of equalising large pressure differences for short periods of time. This is necessary at a high emptying rate or with hot or cold cleaning of the tank as well.
Low-maintenance stainless steel execution. Several options are available like CIP execution, pneumatic lifting with position reply and heating device.
